What the heck are keywords? Why do you keep talking about them?

If you only retain one thing about using the library, remember keywords!  Library research databases do not understand the way we talk (natural language) so you need to use keywords. These will be the most important elements of your topic, synonymous, related, broader and more specific terms. The How do I start my research? guide provides tons of tips on coming up with them.
